Hearty Green Smoothie

- 3 large kale leaves
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
- 1 banana
- ½ cup almond milk
- Water and/or ice cubes
- Wash and chop all the ingredients and blend on high for 30 seconds if using a Vitamix or longer if using a less powerful blender.
- Add ½ cup of water first and then see how liquid it is. Add more if needed. (I didn't use ice today)
